We work with trusted shipping partners, such as AnPost and DHL Ireland, on a daily basis. For EU and overseas parcels - FedEx shipping. Since each item is made to order, apart from sample sale, it takes time. Usually from 5 working days up to 2 weeks in non-busy season.

Nina's Atlantic design studio is based in Tullamore, county Offaly, Ireland. We design, create and stock our collection samples there. All products are shipped to customers and stores around Ireland directly from our studio.

Each purchase is packaged in a specific branded folding box made out of recycled paper, and wrapped in a high quality kraft paper as a better alternative to plastic. The exception is a plastic bag for small items packaging, like a single hat or a tee, but we are pivoting towards the recycled plastic company for such small items.

We work with OEKO-TEX certified cotton fabrics producer and supplier based in Poland. Most of the fabrics are of organic cotton. This year we also introduced an innovative enzymatic cotton french terry, which is a bio washing technique that avoids harmful chemicals. Each product is individually made end to end by our highly qualified tailors. 

We want you to love your purchase from Nina's Atlantic Studio. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help. We offer a 14-day return policy, giving you 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return or exchange.

Eligibility for a Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition:

• Unworn or unused
• With all original tags attached if any
• In its original packaging
• Free of any stains, makeup, deodorant marks, or odors.

You will also need to provide your electronic email receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Custom-made or personalized items
• Gift certificates
• Items on sale

Items purchased on sale are eligible for exchange or store credit only.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

1. Contact Us: To begin the process, please email us at ninasatlantic.studio@gmail.com. Please include your order number and the reason for your return/exchange.
2. Approval: We will review your request. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with further instructions.
3. Shipping Your Item Back:
   
   For Returns: For your convenience, we can arrange for our courier to pick up the package. The return shipping fee for this service will be deducted from your total refund.
   For Exchanges & Defective Items: If you are exchanging an item or if you received a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If Approved: Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
• If Not Approved: If the return does not meet the conditions outlined above, we will contact you to arrange for the item to be shipped back to you at your expense.

How it works? You can purchase a 150, 100 or 200 euro value gift certificate by entering your email and personal details. Once purchased, you will receive your electronic version of the certificate. You can share this electronic card with any recipient and the recipient would be able to use a unique code assigned to a card.
