We work with our trusted shipping partner, Fastway Ireland, on a daily basis. We rely on Fastway.ie delivery timelines. On average, it takes from one to three working days for a parcel to arrive. If your order is a tailor made item, please refer to tailor made FAQs.
Each purchase is packaged in a specific branded folding box made out of recycled paper, and wrapped in a high quality kraft paper as a better alternative to plastic. The exception is a plastic bag for small items packaging, like a single hat or a tee, but we are pivoting towards the recycled plastic company for such small items.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To start a return, you can contact us at atlantickids.shop@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, the package will be picked up by our courier, you just need to tell us via email what is the best time for the courier to pop up at your doorsteps.

We work with OEKO-TEX certified cotton fabrics producer and supplier based in Poland. Most of the fabrics are of organic cotton. This year we also introduced an innovative enzymatic cotton french terry, which is a bio washing technique that avoids harmful chemicals. Each product is individually made end to end by our highly qualified tailors.
AtlanticKids design studio is based in Tullamore, county Offaly, Ireland. We design, create and stock our collection samples there. All products are shipped to customers and stores around Ireland directly from our studio.
You can always return or exchange your item (please review the Refund policies at our website footer menu). The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Yes, you can order an item of the kid’s size which is not listed on our website by contacting us via atlantickids.shop@gmail.com or Instagram direct message. You can always order an adult custom made piece for you or anyone else by sending us your measurements.
First find Gift Certificate page on our website menu. You can purchase a 100 or 200 euro value gift certificate by entering your email and personal details. Once purchased, you will receive your electronic version of the certificate. You can share this electronic card with any recipient and the recipient would be able to use a unique code assigned to a card.
